housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….

Beautiful place. Very quiet as only 5 cabins. We arrived in the evening in late November and it was already dark to walk around the hotel's ground so we didn't explore much. The cabin was warm and felt luxury with very dark lighting which we thought its too dark first, but soon realised all you want to do in the cabin is turn the light off and gaze the beautiful nature all covered with snow outside. Breakfast was beautiful and tasty, we liked the mini chocolate pudding with chia seeds. After the breakfast we went for a walk around the hotel and it was,magical. Walked through silver birch trees and icy lake. It was like Narnia ! We didn't want to leave at all. We love lapland.
