The distance was about 10 minutes walk to Dontori, the room was clean but not enough towels provided also the check in process was difficult due to their system being down. And I didn’t not get an advance notice about the check in process with changes. So we had to wait in the rain while trying to communicate to the property via messaging which was difficult and time consuming.

Travelling with 2 families 8 total (4 adults and 4 boys 9, 11, 14 and 16) our rooms were amazing very spacious could easily accommodate families of 5, with an easy to use guide for the washing machine/dryer, train stations and wonderful restaurants near by as well as a family mart less than 2mins

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made everything very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a great selection. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. The unexpected highlight, though, was the free ice cream such a fun and thoughtful bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

"The onsen was just okay. I anticipated much better. The room was fine. What really bothered us was that they said that reservations made on Expedia do not support making a reservation for dinner. And, such reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Thus, they would not serve us dinner. ..."
