"From the beginning, I knew staying at Hotel Sunbee was going to be great. The pictures shown on the listing match exactly how they were in person, clean, organized and beautiful. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful the staff was. Both Han and Kevin were very professional, kind, approachable and helpful. I had questions prior to my stay and my questions were answered within minutes via messages. I was able to check in early, received recommendations for sight seating, had help with transportation, and they called a taxi for me to get to the airport. I’m sad to have only stayed here 1 night, but it was a great one. I will be recommending this hotel to any who wish to stay in Seoul. Great location and great staff. Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — Gyeongbokgung Palace is just a short walk away, and Ikseon-dong and Insadong are only a few minutes on foot. We were able to visit so many places easily without needing transportation. The room was very clean and always smelled fresh after housekeeping. The entire hotel felt well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!"
