All staff were great. Jun in particular went extra efforts to answer questions about the area, money exchange, and airport return. BTW Airport Limo a 5 minute walk!
Breakfast was awesome.
I stayed here for 1 night and had a great experience. The front of house staff was friendly and it’s near Anguk Station, Bukchon Hanok Village, Changdeokgung palace. Perfect if you’re a solo traveller
The locations was great. Within 20-min walking distance to many tourist attractions. Free breakfast was excellent. Clean and healthy meals! Highly recommend.
The place is great. Very clean, everything is new. Good quality breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay.
Also very good area, very close to all the main attractions.
The only thing which is not really a complaint, just some feedback for the hotel, maybe some more sinks in the bathrooms and some more hangers in the rooms.
Everything else was fantastic.
Good location and a nice way of experiencing something as close as possible to a traditional South Korean Hanok. Great for one night stay however over expensive, at least for private rooms, considering the amenities. Breakfast is OK although limited in terms of bread, pastries, and fruit (one seasonal and the rest frozen from a package). Make sure to relay any allergies - the scrambled eggs are apparently done with chicken stock. Rooms clean and there is an ask to remove the shoes before going onto the common room corridor. However the corridor where we walked without shoes had visible signs of not being cleaned during the 3 days we spent there. The same for the stairs from the 6th floor to the rooftop which were dirty and used as cleaning products storage area which is a shame because the rooftop is nice and has tables and chairs. Overall overpriced for what offers and unless you have the breakfast included it's better to eat somewhere else. Still a nice place to spend a night in an Hanok in Seoul.
The bed was warm and comfortable. There are enough amenities for your stay. Staff was very informative at check in. There is a tasty free breakfast in the morning as well. I would recommend this hotel.
