"Breathtaking views - photos do not do it justice! Beautiful grounds and pristine facilities! Amazing staff - professional, hospitable, knowledgeable, very kind! Delicious meals and great selection of drinks everywhere. Shout out to Arden for a great room and much gratitude to all lovely housekeeping staff, servers/hosts - breakfast, lounges, restaurants, pool and sea cafes - grounds keepers, bell staff, front desk, operator and more! And special thanks to Cehin at Pablito for being a terrific server! Also çok teşekkür ederim to the staff who supported the outdoor big screen World Cup final party! Can’t wait to come back!!"

"We had a bit of a rocky start before even arriving ( a passport delay forced us to request a last-minute visa date change) and the team at Adalya, especially Cemile from CRM and Sedef from Billing, handled it with so much warmth and professionalism. They even allocated us a lovely room on the 5th floor with a sea view. That kind of hospitality before we even checked in set the tone for the whole stay. Once we got there, everything was genuinely great. The room was clean, well designed and comfortable. The food had real variety and quality - not just quantity like you’d expect at a typical all-inclusive. The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive. For a couple looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay with great food and a beautiful setting, Adalya delivers. We came in needing to unwind after a stressful few days and left feeling exactly that. Would absolutely come back."

"This hotel is pretty close to being a true 5-star. Stayed here for over a week. Special thanks to Mursel at front desk. Can't think of a better option in the area at this price point. It was a good choice. Would come back. Liked: - the food was delicious and the quality was better than at similar 5-start hotels nearby; - very large area and only contains 429 guest rooms plus villas, look up how many rooms some nearby hotels have; - unlike at some other hotels, here all alcohol drinks are included, including premium brands - it is a true all-inclusive; - hosted different shows every day and they were enjoyable; - live music; - great for families; - the water park has several slides; - replaced uncomfortable pillows with "feather & down" type on demand; - located not too far from the airport; - provided great service overall; - there's a public bus that can take you to the nearby shops in 10 min. Didn't like: - no free airport shuttle; - following booking, they didn't respond to my message on Hotels.com - had to send an email directly where I received a response; - some rooms require maintenance, they are quite worn out; - the WiFi didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed the next day; - the public hamam didn't have towels nor shower gel or shampoo (very strange); - not all staff knew how to prepare cocktails, there should be training; - the water-sports & activities were way too expensive; - the mattress was too firm, took whole week to get used to."
