A great location for the perfect beach holiday! The hotel amenities were excellent and the variety of food was great especially the lunch time selection. The drink selection was exceptional and the staff were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and am hoping to be back in the future.

Simply put, the place is wonderful. My wife & I stayed there for 10 days The grounds are very well kept and clean. The Pools are great. We spent most of our time in the pool relaxing and did swim in the sea as well. The room is clean and comfortable. This hotel truly has an all inclusive concept. You can eat and drink here almost every day and the quality is amazing. The food choices were plentiful from salad bars, fish, poultry, meat & deserts. The entertainment was great and we enjoyed some evening shows. To top it all, the staff throughout the place is wonderful. They were welcoming and attentive every time. We’d definitely return in the future.

Wow, amazing stay. The bedroom was beautiful, incredible views, impeccably clean, and everything felt luxurious. Staff so lovely and helpful. Cocktails were delicious, and so much choice of food. I just loved it here and can’t wait to return.

Great hotel to stay in especially as a family. All staff were extremely friendly and helped with any requests we had. The pools were great and the gardens were very well kept. The dining options were great especially the freshly made pizzas by the pool restaurant. Recommend to all!

Nice hotel, it was clean, very very kind staff, the hotel is near the sea, perfect babybed. The food options in main restaurant could be more, airco system was old, around the hotel was noise from other hotel, and we could hear everything from the other rooms. Despite that we had a pleasant stay, very kind staff and also from guest relations.

Beautiful resort, but does not take US credit card

Beautiful resort on Lara Beach having everything you need for a wonderful stay. The food was delicious! The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and beach were large and well maintained. My only complaint was that they do not accept US credit cards and we had to wire money upon check-in. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time! US travelers beware!

Very nice

A very beautiful, all-inclusive resort close to the airport. The only downside is that the activities are closed because it is the winter season. The rooms are beautiful and the meals are delicious and varied.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned well every day. The food had plenty of variety, the facilities were excellent, and the large pool had plenty of space with enough loungers and parasols. The 16 pool was a nice, quiet spot, and the hotel is perfect for relaxing.

I stayed here with my family and the experience was amazing. Lots of well maintained facilities with something for everyone.Staff were extremely helpful and polite and were very prompt .The only negative aspect I’d say was the variety of food for the buffet. Items seemed repetitive over few days. The room air conditioning was not great either but not to complain much as the weather was not too hot during this time of year , but guessing temperatures go up in peak summer. Apart from that brilliant service and experience overall.

They must have a new GM!

What a BEAUTIFUL compound! We have been here each year for the past 4 years various times and it has really been upgraded. The grounds are immaculate and stunning. Great food and the staff is wonderful. The only minus is the Al la Carte restaurant which had amazing food but felt like a storage space with tables. Outside was fine the second night but still a bit cool to sit. The service and food was so good there. Also noticed an upgrade in the type of guests, last time it was full of crazy party types. This time we met so many pleasant people from all over. Well worth the visit and a special thanks to Asli feom guest services for her above and beyond help in making sure we had a top notch experience.

Lived the property. Food and entertainment excellent. Beach fabulous, plenty of chairs for guests at pool and beach. Only problem was that the sheets were poor quality and scratchy. If you have room in your bags bring your own from home!
