The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. "I was in a studio room, that is not located in the main building. When I showed I wish for cleaning the sign was always blown away by the wind and staff did not see it. They should care about it a little bit more."
