I was in a studio room, that is not located in the main building. When I showed I wish for cleaning the sign was always blown away by the wind and staff did not see it. They should care about it a little bit more.

Retro, awkward and slightly odd spa hotel

Extremely retro/out-dated spa hotel. Was a unique timecapsule experience, but the main building is in desperate need of renovations. Pool facilities are mediocre but was ok for a swim and some splashes with the family for a small amount of time. The family room had a bizzare loft bed hanging from the ceiling with no way to get on to it but jump up - not very convenient and difficult for kids. Nothing like the description or photo. Room lock system also was usually not working as cards didnt unlock the door easily. Not a horrible experience but won't likely visit again.

Olimme kaksi yötä läpikulkumatkalla Kuopiossa. Sopiva paikka tähän tarkoitukseen. Emme käyttäneet kylpylän palveluja. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta erikoisesti vastaanotossa. Huone oli siisti, samoin kylpyhuone. Rakennus alkaa kuitenkin olla melko vanha. Hyvä ja runsas aamiainen.

4:n hengen perhe yöpymässä neljä päivää uusissa Studio huoneistossa. Hyvin mahtui nukkumaan vuodesohvassa 12- ja 13-vuotiaat lapset. Parasta huoneistossa ilmalämpöpumppu, jolla huoneen sai viilennettyä. Muuten hotelli hiukan jo kulunut ja kylpylä parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Hotellin ravintolan henkilökunnalla on vielä harjoiteltavaa asiakaspalvelussa ja ravintolasalin tilausten hoidossa. Asiakkaita ”unohtui” pöytiin, kun ei tultu samantien kysymään juomia ja tilauksia. Ruoan saaminen pöytään kesti yli tunnin.

Paikka oli lemmikkiystävällinen ,mutta aivan räjähtänyt miljöö . Kun saavuimme ,huoneistossa oli valmiina lattialla edellisten vieraiden tyhjät keksipaketit ja karkkipussit ,sekä vaatekaapissa käytetty laastari . Ilmastointi ei toiminut .

Kylpylä oli pieni, mutta hyvä ja suht monipuolinen. Lounas- ja päivällisbuffetit oli iso plussa, joita ei monissa hotelleissa ole tarjolla. Aamupalalle 10-vuotias olisi kaipaillut vohveleita tai ebemmän hedelmävalikoimaa.
