"Me and my husband celebrated our 10 year anniversary during our stay! We love staying at The riggings because if you were any closer to the ocean you’d be in it. Make sure to check out the arcade at the Kure beach pier and the Carolina beach pier. Was able to win a giant dolphin at the Carolina beach arcade. It was so much fun! Also make sure to get coffee from the Kei Cafe it’s absolutely amazing and you can find it at the Kure beach pier right beside the Hamburger shop. If you want a delicious breakfast you can get amazing food at the Ocean View Restaurant! "

"The cottage was a great little place for a family of 6 there was some needed upgrades but nothing I could not work out. Loved the privacy and much needed place, sent a lot of time in the sun room, very clean, no one bothered us right by the dog park area, beach access right across the street from the house, there was some uneven floor areas but it was fine for us the back door code would not work for us but we used the front door most of the time over all a 4.5 star place "

"Our stay was excellent. The house was clean and spacious. The view was exceptional. The pool was delightful. Each morning we woke up to chairs and umbrellas being set up on the shore for us to enjoy. I loved the kitchen which was open and contained everything we needed. And I loved having a laundry on the two top floors; that was very convenient.I think we spent most of our time enjoying the decks overlooking the pool and ocean. "

"This place would be so much better if it had new furniture and a new coat of paint! The beds are very uncomfortable and so are the sofas. The sofas actually smell awful. The bathrooms and showers were super clean! And the walk to the beach was a quick and easy! Probably won’t stay here again till some upgrades are made. "
