"2nd year coming to Kure Beach for my child's sand soccer and this location was perfect. Walking distance to fort fisher where the event was, nice private beach and everything you need for a perfect little get away.Will definitely be staying again here next year when we come back for sand soccer."

"This property was exactly as described and shown in pics. It’s a GREAT location with an easy walk to the beach - and to the Kure Beach pier. And we felt like even though it’s a public beach access, very few people were actually there. We felt like it was incredibly private and serene! It’s a very simple property, no frills, but clean and just what we needed for a get-away. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the location was unmatched. As some reviews stated, the AC unit in the bedroom was loud and unpredictable with the sound, as it cuts on and off throughout the night, but it did keep the room super comfortable. Another review also stated the stove/oven doesn’t have a fan to evacuate smells, but we really didn’t find that to be a huge issue. And we had bacon one morning!Parking is tight, as many have suggested, but with our Nissan Rogue, we were totally fine. Easy stairs to navigate - nothing cumbersome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were extremely respondent when we wanted to extend our stay - we extended by a night as we were having such a great time! The price indicated no frills - and that’s what we got. But super clean and great communication - excellent experience. 5 stars!"

"Everything was good- howeverthere was an exceptional amount of communication. All I can say was there were entirely.” too many words and too many text & emails.”. Other than that, the property was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. . the outside patio could use some work with furniture, decorations, etc.. the bedroom definitely absolutely needs some blackout drapes. Vacation requires sleeping in!!!! I would recommend this particular unit and might consider going back. We’ll see.."
