"Loved everything about this hotel! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Excellent staff, nice quiet location next to a train station. "

"This place was amazing and we were sad to leave. Clean, breakfast was great and plenty to choose from, staff were all very nice and helpful. They have a gym but no pool. A lot of little touches made it a great stay. Would definitely come back if I get the chance. "

"We stayed in a renovated room with lounge access, which was spacious and well-designed, and had a great view of the Tower. Check-in was a complicated two-step process of having to go to two separate desks, then sit at a table in the lounge—it was nice to have the food and drinks, but there should be an option to go straight to your room first. Location is calm and peaceful by Tokyo standards—not where I’d stay for a first trip or a short trip, but it’s nice that there’s a convenience store directly in the hotel since there’s not much in the surrounding blocks. "

"It was difficult to adjust the air conditioner temperature."

"Location is great. 2 blocks from the main shopping street and a 10 min walk from Shimbashi. Lobby is beautiful, 22nd floor with great views all around. We got a room with 3 queen beds. It was all bed. Not even room to open a full size suitcase on the ground. Not terrible because we weren’t in the room much but be aware. Bathroom was small but clean and new. Furniture needs to be replaced through. Couch and chair had stains. Overall, great lobby, great location, great breakfast, great staff. But the rooms are really small and need new or cleaned furniture."

"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."

"Not staffs fault but many customers didn’t flip the sign to show that they were done with breakfast so many tables were empty but they weren’t sure if someone was still using the tables. One morning, there was a line but probably not necessary. "

"Our room was very spacious and well thought out. There were plenty of charging outlets for multiple devices, hanging hooks for towels and clothes and a sitting area with an upholstered bench seat and 2 individual stools plus a large table. There was a small refrigerator, electric hot water pot, microwave and tea bags, etc. There is a Lawsons in the lobby that has everything you need and a restaurant that serves breakfast. I would've loved a cafe that also served a light meal as the only restaurants are at the train station."
