It is a family friendly hotel. With everything and everyone at the hotel, there are ample spaces and never felt crowded. The hotel is just beautiful, excellent rooms and spacious. Entertainment was at time impressive and given my experience with other resources in Cancun, it is in a different class altogether- in a positive way.

Everything in the best conditions 👍
Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.
