"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the room attendant visited every day and gave us everything we needed. The food was great too, room service offered which was so handy. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by and the marina was only a short walk or taxi away. The shopping at the marina was great. Would definitely stay here again.
