Building was very charming and historical. Beautiful pool area to lounge at. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and ate out on the patio.

As a traveler, It is the worst hotel we ever stayed. The staff is very rude. And the rooms. Don't expect anything there. It was very dirty and smelly. There was no bed sheets. No hot water for shower. The hotel condition very bad and ugly. We booked room for 2 nights. After first night we check out and asked for refund. First hotel never picked up call. After 1 months waiting they said they will not give refund for 2nd night. Don't ever book this even by mistake

Very old traditional hotel. Plumbing in this hotel is disaster. Leaks in the shower, and around toilet. Breakfast is included and it is buffet. If you arrive early you will have nice breakfast if you arrive late not so good. They don’t refill their serving plates. What ever they serve that’s it. We had dinner which is buffet also. It is 100 Turkish lira per person. Waiter refuse the card, he was very rude and asked for cash only. He just put the cash in his packet. Hotel across of street has live music every night until 1 am. You will hear it like it is in your room. The only good thing is location. We walked a lot so it took 20 minutes to the carsi and some very nice beaches. I hope this was helpful 🙏

Only that is likable is the distance view of the architecture from far away, from a distance. Once you get close and near to the building, you will be disappointed by the condition and malfunctioning of the doors of the rooms. Many doors to the rooms do not close or even open when you need to open. I was able to stay a very long time before the Expedia reservation. Only reason I chose to stay here was due to a mutual contact with the manager of the hotel. He is personable, social, and friendly. Beds are new and comfortable. Unfortunately, cleaning was extremely disappointing. Despite returning to stay in the same room days later, the dead fly was still stuck on the wall. It is disgusting and unbelievable housekeeping was not able to remove it from the wall. It was visible unless she was blind! What is more is, it is actually right above the head space of the bed. I stayed at several different rooms. Once, there was a used face mask forgotten hanging from the mirror of the make up desk. 2 of the rooms had a dripping AC unit from above where you could not get outside or open your balcony door. The dirty water was spraying with the wind so you could not sit or dry your towels on the balcony. Major renovation and repairs are needed urgently. Otherwise, the staff members are all very kind and nice. Except, the guy called Baris. He is negative and intending puns all the time. You can feel his negative energy even if when he is smiling. I tried to avoid him as much as I could

Tuba hanım ,Yorumunuzu okuyunca gerçekten hayal kırıklığına uğradım.size uygulanan esneklik kimseye uygulanmadı madem temizlik ve kapılar kötüydü niçin 1 ay konakladınız son zamanlarda hergün çıkış yapıp geri geldiğiniz için resepsiyon departmanının işini zorlaştırmıştınız çünkü çıkış yapacaksınız diye odanızı başka geleceklere bloke yapıyorlardı.neyse böyle olmamalıydı bize zarar vermeyi başarmışsınız ama tesis olarak bu yorumu kabul etmiyoruz çünkü niyet farklı malesef.

Lovely hotel we needed a base for our 4 day break in kusadasi as we planned on doing some sightseeing in the area. Really pleasantly surprised the hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. It had a super swimming pool and the choices at breakfast were great...never ate in the evenings but the food smelled delicious. The bedrooms were basic but had a wardrobe,fridge and sage and the bathroom was obviously new with a powerful, hot shower. Would definitely stay here again....loved it!!!

Pros: - Polite and helpful staff - Great view (it was sea-view room) Cons: - Although it was half board, dinner was fixed menu (soup, salad, main dish and dessert) - Dinner caused diarrhea which made me rest for two days in the room - Bed linen was smelly - Wifi was quite weak - Walls are so thin that you think the people in neighboring rooms talk in your room

The reception staff are the face of the hotel, I experienced their extreme nice behavior, morning there are 2 girls , a young lady who could speak English (Gonca) and younger one who tries her best , and the gentleman at the night shift , all nice , add to that the manager , amazingly helpful, I forgot my car light on , they tried to understand to whom the car , I was there and I heard my car brand. I wanted to go somewhere the next day, the manager and the receptionist tried to help asking on the phone to reach my destination without westing my time. The positive energy in this hotel made even the guests pleasant, I had an operation with my leg , the moment I stepped in there was a guest helped me with the suitcase , I was not yet arrived the main door 😁. The breakfast area on the balcony with a breath taking view to the sea and the pleasant green trees. Cons: The mosquito net , not there unfortunately, although there were no mosquito at all yet, but it would be safer for later, I suggested to the night shift receptionist, he promised to pass the word to the manager, hopefully they will have them as soon as they can.

I was expecting a sea view room, and received a partial sea view room, at a very noisy location near the street. Also coffee was not great, so I just had hot chocolate and tea.Entrance was very chilly (recommend that you put thick curtains at the door to keep cold air out of the reception, and install a heater. Very nice service from the man who took out bags up to the room and prepared our omelet.

The Altin Saray was a bit too quite for us. The rooms were quite small but were clean and nice in appearance, ours had a four post bed. The bathroom was not so good with black mold in the shower a broken hose and a clogged up shower head. The view from our room was lovely but the balcony was so small two people could not sit on it comfortably. The staff were very friendly . The pool area was very nice.It is a Traditional Turkish hotel so if you are not keen on Turkish food this is not for you.

The hotel itself is unique e beautiful,service excellent,staff exquisite e lovely.Hotel has great location,5 minutes walk from the city center on one side and 10 minutes walk from Ladies Beach on the other side.Excellent food and very affordable prices.I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody who wants to go to Turkey for vacation.

I booked this hotel for myself, my wife and 2 young children, the location is great but on a hill. I was given a ground floor room with loose electrical cables 40cm from the ground, I reported this to reception but they took no action so I had to cover this myself as it was very dangerous for my kids. The bathroom door was also faulty and wouldn't shut, it took 5 days for maintenance to come out and fix. I came back to the hotel one evening to find the cleaner had left our balcony door wide open, being on the ground floor anyone could have entered and stole our valuables. Breakfast is awful, they serve the same honey/jam is the same bowl every single day and you just know its the same honey/jam all week. Not to mention being over charged on check out. As for wifi, there is no wifi in the rooms only in communal areas. Other than that, the reception team were friendly.

Temizlik neydi?
Yorumlara ve fotoğraflara aldanarak tercih etmiştik. Odaya giriş yaşanan kadar her şey güzeldi. Karşılama sıcaktı. Fakat odalar aylardır temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Banyo duvarlarında saçlar, yatak ve yastıkların içinde saç ve kıllar, lavabo ve klozet hayatında temizlik görmemiş gibi ve mobilyalar da toz bezini unutmuş gibiydi. Bu sorunumuzu resepsiyona ilettik ve samimi bir şekilde ilgileneceklerini söylediler. Biz kahvaltıdayken temizlik yapıldı. Fakat değişen tek şey çöp poşetiydi. Banyo duvarındaki saçlar yerli yerinde bizi bekliyordu. Dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirmemeniz gerektiğine ilişkin bir yazı karşılıyor sizi fakat minibar boş. Resepsiyonu aramak isterseniz oda telefonu bozuk. Gidip su almak isterseniz de otelde su yok. Yine de çözüm odaklı davranıp boş pet bir şişeye damacadan su doldurmayı teklif edebiliyorlar. Tabi pet şişenin ne şekilde kullanıldığını siz bilmiyorsunuz. Aracınız yoksa merkeze ulaşım sıkıntılı. O nedenle gelirken en azından su konusunda tedbirli davranmanızı tavsiye ederim. Sezon sonu olduğu için mi böyleydi bilemiyorum ama beklenen minimum hizmeti alamadığımızı düşünüyorum. İki gecemiz de diken üstünde geçti. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi. Otelin temizliğine ve bakımına biraz daha önem verilmeli.

Sayın Konuğumuz ; Sezonu dolu dolu geçiren bir otel olarak odaların aylardır temizlenmemiş gibi görünüyor olması kesinlikle mümkün değildir. Odanıza extra temizlik talebinizde değiştirilen sadece çöp poşetleriniz de değidi çünkü yastık çarşaf değişiminden tutun , banyo duvarlarınızın yıkanmasına kadar ön büro müdürü olarak başın da durarak takip ettim. Siz giriş yapmadan önce ve siz ayrıldıktan sonra bu odayı ve diğer odaları kullanan misafirlerimiz oldu, sizin ekstra hassasiyetinize saygı duyarım. Ayrıca otelimiz konumu nedeni ile özellikle tercih edilen bir oteldir. Bu konuda ki eleştirinizi şaşkınlık ile karşıladım. aracı olmayan bir insan 5 - 6 dk da yürüyerek merkeze rahatlıkla varırken veya 3 dakikada bir otelimizin tam önünden geçen dolmuşları kullanma şansı varken, konum eleştiriniz hayret verici olmuş. Выражаю благодарность руководству и персоналу отеля за тепло, уют, гостеприимство, отличную работу и, соответственно, за хорошее настроение на протяжении всего отдыха. Это мое идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от повседневной суеты и насладиться морским воздухом. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля за вкуснейшие завтраки и ужины в уютном ресторане, за чистоту моего номера. Очень достойный отель по достойной цене. Рекомендую для спокойного семейного отдыха и деловых поездок.

Oncelikle otelin konumu gercekten cok iyi otogar kadinlar pilaji ve merkez uclemesinin tam ortasinda bulunuyor ve hepsi yurume mesafesinde . Otelin kahvalti servisi gayet yeterli ve lezzetli calisanlar guler yuzlu ve ilgililer odalar ise fiyat performansa gore gayet iyi durumda eylul ayinda gittigimiz icin sicak konusunda rahatsizlik duymadik. Duş kisminda gider problemi vardı resepsiyona haber verdigimiz gibi konuyla ilgilenildi ve duzeltildi bu hizli geri donus bizi cok memnun etti. Kusadasina bir kere daha gelme durumumda kesinlikle kalmayi dusunecegim bir otel oldu. Hersey icin tesekkurler.

Forse non è perfetto. Certe cose potrebbero essere migliorate, ma questo Hotel mi ha colpito. Personale cordiale, pronto ad aiutarti per ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione situato a metà tra il centro città e la Ladies Beach. Struttura molto bella, vista spettacolare, cibo nella media e prezzi accessibilissimi. Tutti questi pregi vengono enfatizzati dal prezzo irrisorio,40 euro per notte in mezza pensione per 2 persone(camera vista mare). Se fosse per me ci tornerei domani.

Konum olarak cok guzel olan otel 70 li yillardan kalmis gibiydi.. bakimsiz eski pusku esyalar ne tarafa baksaniz ayri bir harabe gibiydi.. tiksinerek kalmak zorunda kaldik yastiklara kendi ozel havlumuzu serip oyle basimizi koyabildik..iceride duvarda yuruyen kertenkelelerle beraber huzur icinde uyuduk!!!! En komigi de cikis yaparken otel gorevlisi bayanin mini bar kullaniminiz oldu mu sorusuydu:)) odada birakin miniyi barini falan bir el yuz havlusu bile yoktu .. telefon diye bisey goruntu olarak duruyordu ama calismasini ummuyorduk haksiz da cikmadik..dusunuyorum iyi olan bir sey varmiydi diye aklima bir tek otelin konumu geliyor baska da bir sey beklemeyin... bu arada son bir sey daha eklemek istiyorum.. otele ilk geldigimizde resepsiyondan giris yaptik odamiz nerede diye sordugumuzda yardimci olacak bir gorevli beklerken resepsiyon gorevlisi arkadas adres tarif eder gibi yolu tarif etti bize .. simdi burdan dumduz gidin orada bir merdiven olacak ordan cikip sola donun duz gidin tam karsinizda diye:)) kendisine tesekkur ediyorum buradan!!! İlkel harebe bakimsiz ilgisiz ama komik bir yer ariyorsaniz buyrun gidin tam yeri

Biz fiyat fayda dengesinde yeterli hizmet verdiğimizi düşünüyoruz ki Avrupa'nın bir çok ülkesinden gelen misafirlerimiz otelimizi beğenirken sizleri memnun edememişiz. Bir sonra ki otel tercihinizi 5* De Luxe ve Economy grubu ( düşük bütçeli) oda olmadan tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederiz.

Oda ve banyolar ter-temizdi. Temizlik konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Hizmet mükemmeldi. Otelin eski konak stylesinde olması ve doğa ortamı muhteşemdi. Konum ise mükkemeldi. Merkeze ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesindeydi üstelik dolmuşlar tam otelin önünden hareket ediyordu

Manzarası ve konumu güzel olan bir yer
Manzarası şahaneydi bulunduğu konumda harikaydı fiyatı hizmete göre makuldü ben bayram zamanı gittim çok dolu bir otel değil aile sıcaklığında bir ortamdı ama yemekleri için çok güzeldi diyemeyeceğim kötüde değildi ama bence daha özenli olabilir kaldığımız odada en güzel yer banyoydu herşey yeniydi ama yatak dolaplar vasattı mini barda hiç bir ürün yoktu televizyon görüntüsü kötüydü sanırım bozuktu kanal yoktu banyoda şampuanları kendimiz istedik havluları biraz eski gibiydi ama genel olarak temiz sessiz bir ortamdı memnun kaldık mı evet ufak tefek eksikler vardı ama genel olarak iyiydi biz otel dışında daha çok vakit geçirmek amaçlı olduğumuz için pek önemsemedik açıkçası ama ilgi alaka iyiydi güler yüz içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederiz

Odanıza 1,5 saat geç girersiniz. Siz beklerken çay ikram edip gönlünüzü almazlar. Bari beklerken valizleri odaya koyup havuza girelim dersiniz, onu da lütfedip kabul ederler. Belboy beklentiniz olmasın, valizlerinizi kendiniz taşırsınız. Odanıza banyo havlusunu kendiniz alırsınız ama unutulmuş olması kesindir, zira temizlik personeli temiz ve güleryüzlüdür. Resepsiyonist genç bayan acemi ama kibar ve iyi niyetlidir. Kapanmayan balkon kapısını bildirdiğinizde tamir etmek yerine, size bir tornavida bırakıp giderler tamiri siz yaparsınız, odanızı değiştirme lütfunda bulunmazlar. Otelin genel görüntüsü güzeldir ve kuşadası merkeze yakındır. Havuzdan sorumlu olan abi, güleryüzü, samimiyeti ve dalından koparıp her müşteriye tek tek ikram ettiği incirlerle sizi mutlu etmek için çabalar. Kahvaltı vasatın bile altındadır. Poğaçalar bir gün önceden kalma gibi bayat, örtüler leş gibidir. Siz söylemeden masanız temizlenmez. BUNLARIN HEPSİNİ BİR ŞEKİLDE TOLERE EDEBİLİRSİNİZ BELKİ... Ama çıkışta fatura istediğinizde ve faturanın tutarı ve kimden isteneceği konusunda sorun yaşadığınızda sizi 2 kişi ile muhatap ederler. Biri, kardeşinin düğünü sebebiyle otelde olmamasına rağmen telefonla bağlanıp, ödeme önceden yapıldığı için faturanın hotels.comdan alınması gerektiğini izah etmeye çalışan gonca hanım, Diğeri ise önce faturayı kesip, sonra elinizden alan, gonca hanımla konuşurken terbiyesizce telefonu elinizden alan ve ben otel müdürüyüm diye kasılan mehmet isimli DİNLEME ÖZÜRLÜ.

Sayın Misafirimiz; Yazdıklarınızın hepsine sizin kendinizin de inanmadığını biliyorsunuz.. Yalan şeyler yazarak otelimizi karalamak çok basit. Sorun sadece sizin çok bilmişliğiniz. Resepsiyonda fatura için yaptığınız kavgadan ötürü ve sonucunda mahçubiyetinizden ötürü olayları bu noktaya getirdiniz. Hani otel personeli ve herşey çok kötü ya , siz çok MEDENİ , KÜLTÜRLÜ , TÜKETİCİ HAKLARI HAKEM HEYETİ görevlisisiniz yaa,, ama biz size bir türlü faturanızı bizden değil , parayı ödemiş olduğunuz yerden yani acentanızdan talep etmeniz gerektiğini tam tamına yarım saat 10 kişi ayrı ayrı anlatamadık . En sonunda müşteri temsilcinizi aradığınızda ' faturanızı bizden alacaksınız' sözünün üzerine mahçup bir şekilde otelden ayrıldınız. En azından size faturayı kimden talep etmeniz gerektiğini öğretmiş olmaktan dolayı mutluyuz. sonuç olarak geriye kalan bir oteli ve çalışan emekçilerini karalamak oldu.

Temizlik yerlerde ve eski bir otel
Otele ilk girdiğimiz anda odada bizi rutubet kokusu ve kirli havlular karşıladı. En alt katta yer alan bir odada konakladık. Üst kattaki klimaların suyu balkonumuza akıyordu. Otel eskiydi ve odada gördüğümüz böcekler yüzünden tiksinti dolu bir uyku uyumaya çalıştık. İki kişilik yatak ve otelden yarım saat geç çıkma taleplerimiz oldu olumlu karşıladılar, harici olarak havuzun bulunması dışında hiç bir olumlu yanı yoktu.

Evet tarihi bir otel gibi görünüm yapmışlar.Ama odaların içide eski klima motor gibi çalışıyor,Bazı yerlerde gerçek anlamda eskimiş.

Değerli Misafirimiz ; 10 üzerinde 6 puanına 'Maalesef Kötü ' başlığı yakışmamış gibi :) Her sezon sonun da otelimize bakım onarım yapıyoruz .Bu Kış ilk işimiz Klimaların değişimi olacak. Malum hepsini bir arada yapmak mümkün olmayabiliyor ki . Banyolarımızın bu sene sıfırdan yapıldığını farketmişsinizdir. SAYGILAR SAYGILARIMIZLA
