Nous avons payé en cb pour la réservation et arrive à l hôtel après 2h de recherche puisque l adresse même les gps ne la situe pas nous arrivons enfin à l hôtel et on nous dit aucune réservation mais 1 chambre de dispo. Avec 2 nfàts nous acceptons mais payons l équivalent de 220€ ( facture à l appui) et on nous dit que cette somme nous sera remboursée quand ils recevront la réservation et là au moment du départ on nous dit aucun remboursement possible et qu il fallait que nous voyons auprès de expédia.com alors que nous leur avons bien montré le mail avec un no de réservation. Nous demandons donc le remboursement et ne recommandons pas cet hôtel que nous avons découvert grâce à hôtel.com. C est une vraie prison dorée. Rien autour. Perdue au fin fond d une campag’e. Nous tenons à votre disposition la facture indiquant qu’en niuq avons bien payé cette chambre qu’en nous avions déjà payé via hôtel.com. De plus ils osent nous dire que pour nous soyons remboursés auprès de vous, nous pouvons vous dire que nous ne sommes pas venus !!!!!!! Malhonnête!!
