The hotel is very old, too far from the city center. many staff very good but some staff very bad. the worst among 4 star hotels in this class and in these options. dishes are less variety, main dishes are sold out soon. There is no new food that is used up and there is a stampede at meal time.

Samme monotone musak til måltiderne. Samme sanger hver aften som synger piv falsk. Shows ok. Indendørs spisesal fyldt med os fra gillen placeret lige op ad indgangen. Generelt god og varieret mad. Manglende opdeling af ryger og ikkeryger områder. Stank af tobaksrøg uanset hvor man satte sig udendørs.

War eine absolute Katastrophe. Sehr Unzufrieden und dies bezüglich sind wir zwei Tage vorher abgereist. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn. Sauberkeit? Fehl am Platz!!! Habe mit dem Manager gesprochen wegen einer Rückerstattung hat es sofort abgelehnt! Eine einfache Frechheit. Einmal und nie wieder! Empfehle es niemandem das Hotel!

Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!! Allgemein heruntergekommen. Hotel sehr veraltet. Alte Fotos täuschen. Kaputte und alte Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Zimmerausstattung Katastrophe. Wir hatten beim Einchecken schmutzige Toilette, keine Hand und Badetücher, kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, Minibar (Kühlschrank) und Telefon funktionierten nach 2 Tagen immer noch nicht. Rest wurde am ersten Tag (nach 5 Std. und mehrmals sagen) und am zweiten Tag durch die Beschwerde beim Manager erledigt, was nerven beraubend war/ist. Essen wenig Auswahl, die Desserts sind jeden Tag gleich, es gab nichts Kindergerechtes zum Essen, Frühstück genauso mager.  Mini Club (für Kinder) kaum was los.  Service und Animation Personal freundlich. Rezeptionistin Havva sehr, sehr unfreundliche Tonlage. Dieses Hotel buchen wir nicht nochmal.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in my life. I don't know where to even begin... - We arrived at 11 PM, my reservation fully paid upfront, with proof. The aggressive hotel manager insisted that I had to pay it again, for some reason. When asked, "there's clearly a mistake, can we sleep now and sort this tomorrow?", the answer was a curt "no". Despite showing him receipts, he mansplained me I was wrong and had to pay it again. I was kept waiting for an hour for a reservation I'd already paid SO THAT I COULD SAVE TIME AT CHECK-IN AS I ARRIVE LATE & TIRED. - When we finally accessed our rooms, another huge disappointment strikes: The room had nothing in common with what we booked. We booked a one-bedroom suite, and was presented a grubby, poorly-lit room that looked like a hospital ward. We demanded a change, but was told that the rooms we booked weren't available and we couldn't be moved. I guess sending a janitor for a few hours and preparing it would require too much thinking and planning. - The food situation was IMMENSELY stressful. On an average day, you'll spend TWO HOURS waiting in the queue to get food. Terrible people flow management and planning. No COVID-19 precautions. Long queues in front of buffets indoors with badly-behaved guests elbowing you and coughing into your neck. Not acceptable outside a pandemic, but now, it should be criminal. Not to mention the food quality was appalling - Non-existent hygiene standards. Absolutely gross.

This hotel is the worse hotel i ever experienced in my life. They are really lying to people by showing good photos and ones you arrive its so ugly and dirty. The staff is unbelievable rude and doesnt respect the visitors. I couldnt stay in this hotel for 5min because the smell and its condition. It supose to be having inclusief minibar but there was nothing in it then water bottles. Dirty and mold everywhere. I couldnt believe my eyes what the difference was between the photos and what i saw in the photos i saw. I will not recommend this hotel to no one! After i saw the room i wanted my money back immediately but the manager didnt take us seriously and send us away without no compromise or our money back. So they took are money and send us away in a very ugly way! If you book this hotel and you dont like it. You are throwing youre money away. Ones yoh arrive at the hotel... youll feel that everything is gonna go wrong.

Mit Freunden völlig ausreichend

Das Hotel hat eine sehr große Anlage sieht auch schön aus und die Lage ist auch sehr gut mit dem Taxi 8 min in die Stadt mit Freunden kann man das definitiv machen das einzige was wirklich nicht toll war waren die in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmer die aber auch noch grenzwertig akzeptabl waren

Ödenen fiyat için bu öteli kesinlikle önermem. Otel 4 yıldız görünüyor olmasına rağmen, ancak 2 yıldız ayarındadır. Ödenen bedel karşılığını bulmanız mümkün degil. Özellikle odaların kalitesi oldukça düşük. Mobilyalar eskimiş ve halılar hiç iyi durumda değil. Mobilyaların ve halıların yenilenmesi lazım. Banyo bakımsız ve kirlilikler mevcut. Otel binası eskimiş, yürüme yolları v.b. eski ve bakımsız. Yiyecek kalitesi çok düşük. Özellikle ögle yemeginde tabağınıza koyacak birşey bulamıyorsunuz. Hava 21.00 gibi kararmasına rağmen, 21.00 de tüm akşam yemegi servisini kaldırıyorlar. Genel olarak hijyen sorunu var. Otel lobisi beklenen nitelikte değil. Otopark sorunu var, yandaki başka bir otelin park alanına aracınızı bırakmanız gerekebiliyor. Plaj özellikleri genelde iyi, otelin deniz kenarı olması ve manzarası olumlu yanı. Animasyon ekibi gayet yeterli.
