Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Food staff service and amenities were perfect . Only complaint total lack of a business center, not even a laptop to use in case of emergency. For 5 stars hotel ( Riu chain ) this needs to be improved.

Couldn’t think of a critique , such a relaxing resort. Staff was impeccable. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t impressed. The buffets were great, there were activities constantly and the staff was so attentive. Special shout out for Neema in the buffet area, Joseph at the beach area and Ali the groundskeeper. Thanks for such an amazing experience

The amenities themselves are dated, and there is no dependable electric. I had to have the maintenance team come to my room 3+ times to reset the electric for ...
