There is nothing the staff won’t accommodate, everyone is very helpful. The facility are neat and tidy with all areas of your holiday accounted for. The facility is close to all things Bali, restaurants, beach, bars and shopping. Throughly enjoyed my time here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The property surprised us on our daughter’s birthday with a special leaf message in our room. The location is excellent with Beachwalk Shopping Centre and the beach nearby. The staff are friendly and there’s good live music in the restaurant.

Found Alam KulKul to be the perfect secret place on a busy street. Staff were always pleasant and happy to oblige. Three generations holidayed here together and found it a wonderful experience.

Awesome find

This hotel is a great little find. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too. Highly recommend. The Lani rooms off the garden pool are very nice. Plenty of green space.

Staff were great in fixing our room, as they had not reserved a room with balcony. But staff(manager) were great. Pools need more loungers, and breakfast buffet lacking fruit. Grounds are lovely!!!

The hotel’s blend of traditional furniture and infrastructure with modern facilities were well balance. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Some ware and tear are present especially due to constant humid weather, with mold showing in areas within the shower area. Otherwise a very well located hotel/resort and would highly recommend.

Everything was great! The hotel was calm, without kids’ noise. The staff was friendly. Thank you for the surprise for my husband’s birthday, it was thoughtful. The room was awesome. The only thing we were disappointed about was the outlets. Only one US standard outlet for for room. Overall, everything else was great! We would definitely come back to this hotel.

A very charming place. Loved the greenery inside the premises. Staff is very nice. Buffet breakfast has a small spread but all items are quite good and fresh. I am taking away one star from my rating as my room was on second floor without any elevator, and there was no view from the room. The bathing area in the bathroom does not have any door or curtain (another hotel where I stayed in Bali had the same issue) due to which whole bathroom gets wet.
