Comfort House

Comfort House, unlike others, is completely at the disposal of the guest. We welcome guests of any nationality. At the meeting, I give the guests the key to the house and you live on your own. The house is ideal for living, consists of 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, a garage and a yard closed from the eyes. When traveling, you will only need your personal belongings with you. Here you can enjoy homemade Georgian wine in front of a burning fireplace, sit at a table in our blooming garden in summer.
The space
Comfort House is a great place for family and friends. The house is located in the city center, 300 meters away there are grocery stores, fruits and vegetables. In front of the house you can safely leave your car. The rooms of the house are large, 140 sq. m., clean renovation, the floor is covered with oak parquet. The beds have comfortable orthopedic mattresses. We have 2 showers and 1 toilet, the first bathroom is located inside the house and includes a toilet and a small shower, the second bathroom is next to the kitchen across the garden, and it has a shower and a comfortable sink with a cabinet. In the evenings you can enjoy Georgian wine in front of the fireplace, fry shish kebab in it, in summer you can have breakfast outdoors in our garden. You do not need to bring anything into the house, everything is here for life! Comfort House, unlike others, is fully available to the guest, you will live alone in the house.
The guest is provided with a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, iron, unlimited internet and wi-fi, TV with world channels, iron, hair dryer, hand and shower towels, bed linen, toilet paper, hand soap, outdoor furniture , in the garden, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, coffee maker, kitchen utensils for food and cooking, barbecue facilities.
The house is ideal at any time of the year. If you wish, you can enjoy Georgian alcoholic drinks, made by our own hands, from grapes from our own vineyards, for an additional fee.
Other things to note
In our house, the kitchen is located separately from the living area, in the yard. the hosts will be very grateful to you if you do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen upon your departure, and you will smoke in the yard, not indoors, otherwise the guest will face a fine equal to the cost of 2 nights' stay in our house. Quiet hours 23.00-8.00. The trash can is in the yard.
