"室内はとても清潔で、ゆったり暖かく居心地良く過ごせました。駅ホームまで3分の好立地、海も見えて札幌からの終電も遅くまであり、小樽も近く、観光の拠点としてとても良い宿でした。緊急の連絡にも快く対応していただき、感謝しております。訪れる機会がありましたら、また利用したいと思います。 ※1点、シャワーの水圧が弱かったのとシャワーカーテンが無かったので入浴が少し難しかったです。シャワーカーテンがあるともっと気楽に使えたかなと思いました。"

"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。 無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。 一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay...
