The bathroom needs a wider range of toiletries especially shower gel and dental kit. Also, mineral water should be served.. The shower place should have a small shelf to keep shower gel and shampoo. "The rooms are not worth the price, I spoke to other guests as well and they felt the same. They arranged an activity which was not well Managed. Felt like they were short of staff as no one came when we needed them. The buffet was not well managed as well- short of dining plates, tables were not clean- we had to eat on a dirty table, and some guests had breakfast in the gallery adjoining the restaurant. "Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. Terrible Service.
"I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
