"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. The resort is located about 12 km from Munnar city, and the drive through scenic tea plantations makes the journey delightful. "Front desk and management were superior! The area around the properties were lovely and wild! The rooms are nestled amid the trees and the morning bird calls are so serene. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but everything worked and the room was spotless. A great place to stay."
