"By far the best place we've stayed at in India! Way above standards - staff is extremely helpful, location is magnificent (exactly like on pictures), and infrastructures clean and brand new!
If you are looking for calm, rest and magnificent nature definitely go there"
"Poor lighting around tents. Pretty distant from sanctuary.
Otherwise , great place to be in for a short holiday. Riverside view good. Didn’t get to see much birds in the camp. Food options limited. No in house restaurant.
Courteous staff. "
"Loved that we saw no other tourists here and in the city walking around. The staff were great and this hotel was well priced as a stopgap between Thekaddey and Kochin.
We stayed here to be close to visit the Bird Sanctuary.
Walking around town was fascinating and lots of stores giving a glimpse into every day life of locals. "
"The staff offered early check-in for no extra charge. The premises is close to many IT companies and it makes it very convenient to visit. The hotel was clean and safe. "
"Amazing, fantastic service and amazing hotel with vegan options. The only minor thing was we entered and found the bath math to have a stain on it, but they apologized and got it replaced.

"Staying at this hotel made us feel at ease and the safest we could imagine while away from home. The people there and their services were outstanding. Our particular shout out to Anoj Abhishek. He drove us to and from our villa. He was the sweetest and attentive to our needs. "
"Friendly and attentive staff
Excellent service during dining
Food was hot and good for dinner, but was cold for breakfast
Would be great if breakfast could also be hot
However, live station was fantastic for breakfast"

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes.
Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling."
