Pyhäjärven loma by Interhome

20km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 6km, Lake Pyhäjärvi 50 m, sandy bottom beach, shallow 50m, then gets deeper. Log cottage, built in 2002, bedrooms 1-2: double bed, low loft (15 m²): 4 spring mattresses + extra mattress, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Cottage situated in an open area on Lake Pyhäjärvi. Close to conifer forest. Fishing and berry picking opportunity.

Additional equipment: Gas grill in summer use, water kettle, food mixer, egg cooker, 3 net fishing licences (no fishing nets - ask the licences from the owner), rowing boat (no life jackets), sledges, bobsleigh, snow gliders. Lockable storage. The owner rents out motorboat. You can also ask from the owner fishing nets, berry picking and fishing tours.

Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 29 km, Riisitunturi Fell 35 km. Golf field Ruka 2.0 km.

Additional information: Suitable for families. Wood-heated sauna on lake for summer use. Barbecue hut on the yard (heated with wood briquettes, not firewood). Connecting ski track to Ruka ski track network from week 8 until the end of skiing season. Connecting from cottage to the official snowmobile route (distance about 2.5 km).

ATTN. It's not allowed to bring hot tub to this cottage. Final cleaning fee will be charged double if cleaning has not been booked and customer doesn't clean the cottage well enough.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Wunderschön, sauber und sehr idyllisch

Wir waren die 2. und 3. Augustwoche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig am See mit Boot und Sauna. Das Haus (mit einer 2. Sauna) ist neuwertig, praktisch und sehr geschmackvoll möbliert. Alles war blitzsauber! Ein weiteres Highlight war die Grillhütte. Auf dem Grundstück wachsen Heidelbeeren, Preiselbeeren und Pilze. Außerdem wohnen dort Hasen, Eichhörnchen und die Rentiere kommen auch oft zu Besuch.

Super Mökki in toller Lage

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Mökki, einfach weil dort alles perfekt ist: Das Haus ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Highlight ist die Sauna direkt am See und neu gebaut gibt es nun sogar eine geschlossene Grillhütte mit großer Holzterasse. Der Besuch von Rentieren auf dem Grundstück erfreut uns auch immer wieder und der Pyhäjärvi ist ein sehr sauberer See. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zum Oulanka oder Riisitunturi Nationalpark und ist schnell in Kuusamo.
