Staying on a houseboat was great experience. There was a hot tub and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to get to. Paid extra to park in an enclosed parking space.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The service to keep your luggage after check out was very useful and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. Lovely decor. I went in offseason so it was cheap.

The hotel is run very efficiently and the standard of service and cleanliness is impeccable. All the staff made our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast is very good and the team do a fantastic job providing tourist information. Staff were so friendly enjoyed talking to them all. John Eric was so knowledgeable about the area we were staying.

There is a giant slide in the front area and I actually got to sit and have a coffee in peace while the kids ran up and down the slide for an hour. It was worth the stay alone, haha.
