Beautiful spacious room, does have a weird noise when heating is turned on but was made aware of that and used space heater provided.. everything was great just need a mattress topper on bed and they are very firm. Great updated rooms which was lovely otherwise and loved the shower

Toilet was running 24/7. Bed side tables were dusty. Bed Comforter was very old and needs to be replaced asap. Rooms really need an upgrade. Very disappointing

The Gums accommodation was comfortable, clean and extremely well appointed. We met Heather on arrival because she was tending to the garden and had a brief but lovely chat.The location was quiet and you feel like you are in the bush. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the property twice, on our way to and from Victoria. The house is in a pleasant location and well fenced for our dog. The outdoor setting is lovely and we appreciated the aircon and ceiling fans. A few larger platters and bowls would be nice.
