Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was that it was a little farther from the train station than we had expected, but it was still a great experience overall. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

It’s a nice hotel on a very nice neighborhood with many restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Rooms are fine. There is coffee and infused water on the lobby as a compliment and a space with chairs and tables to hang around for a while at night

Great location about 15 min walk from Nishiki Market and family mart right next door. Friendly staff. Bus stop 2 min walk and about a 10-15 min walk from main train station. Rooms were on the smaller side but perfect for 2 large luggage and 2 people.

We loved our stay. The room was fantastic and the bed was comfortable but notably it was supposed to be a King and was actually 2 smaller mattresses pushed together which was a tad annoying. Having YouTube available on the TV was great for when it came time to fall asleep. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when it came to our luggage being transferred.

Favorite hotel, it was so clean and nice. The room was very spacious. The hotel was located by the train and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Definitely going to go back to this hotel.

Room was nice and spacious compared to other rooms, style was what we expected it be like in Kyoto too, traditional! Didn’t get top up of water and tea for a 2 night stay so at least a top up of water would’ve been appreciated. For our honeymoon so we got a cute note and treats in our room on arrival. Room provided pyjamas, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel plus toothbrush, hair brush, cotton buds, face towel, razors. Hairdryer and curling tongs/straighteners were a lovely addition! Highly recommend staying here, well connected on public transport too to get to all the sites.

Excellent position, near the subway station and bus stops. Hotel provides some drinks every night and a selection of tea and bread every morning, with no extra charge. Rooms are bigger than the average japanese hotel. The only downside is the room cleaning service: we noticed that they didn't really clean the room on cleaning day (we found trash on the flooor and near the bed, we didn't get new pajamas nor a refill of teabags), but towels and amenities were properly restocked.

Perfect stay. Free bread, juice and coffee was so good. The bedding really provided the perfect comfort. It was so nice to have the life market and fresco market right around the corner. It was really nice to walk around the small alleys from hotel towards Nishiki Market direction.
