Excellent position, near the subway station and bus stops. Hotel provides some drinks every night and a selection of tea and bread every morning, with no extra charge. Rooms are bigger than the average japanese hotel. The only downside is the room cleaning service: we noticed that they didn't really clean the room on cleaning day (we found trash on the flooor and near the bed, we didn't get new pajamas nor a refill of teabags), but towels and amenities were properly restocked.

Perfect stay. Free bread, juice and coffee was so good. The bedding really provided the perfect comfort. It was so nice to have the life market and fresco market right around the corner. It was really nice to walk around the small alleys from hotel towards Nishiki Market direction.

There are restaurants and a Family Mart combini next door. One block away there is a supermarket. You'll have all your needs covered at walking distance. I choose breakfast included and you get a mix of japanese with western items bento box. In the front you have a nice coffe machine, and matcha tea in the afternoons.
