Really clean hotel in a stone throw away from Shijo shopping street. Very friendly staff and spacious room by the Japanese standard. It would have been nicer if there were a bit more variety in breakfast menu.

Shoebox Rooms

The room was super tiny. Definitely not comfortable to stay in a shoebox. We were two people and normal sized individuals but we had trouble moving around. The bathroom was super tiny too. We paid for breakfast and it was gross. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. I read reviews about how small the rooms were but chose to ignore. I'm regretting my decision.

It’s pretty good.

This is a comfortable hotel and reasonably close enough to connecting transport. Apart from being inexplicably given a room at the furthest point away from the lift the room was otherwise good. They have free breakfast but if it wasn’t free you probably wouldn’t have eaten it 😂. Much better options available locally for dinner as well. Close to the market which has virtually everything.

フロント対応の要領が悪く待たされる。 事前のチェックイン手続がないので、時間になると集中してしまう。さらに、日本人スタッフの説明が長い、いちいち説明している。マニュアルの通り？に漏れなく説明する事に必死で状況を見ていない。でも、無料のWi-Fi、コーヒーなどのサービスは説明なかった。 部屋は掃除ができておらず、床が汚くて閉口した。環境配慮は理解するが、汚くて良いという事ではない。また、タオルの交換も一律ではなく必要に応じて必要なサイズを補充すれば良い。
