Very goog hotel. I didn't like the fact that they don't have any room with king size bed. Only rooms with 2 single beds.

Property was beautiful inside, very fancy. It was a very clean hotel, check in was easy and in English. I was even able to check in early which was very convenient. The room was luxurious, and both Western and Japanese style pillows were given which was very appreciated, although the Western pillows were slightly too soft but that’s my personal preference. Complimentary water bottles every day were greatly appreciated. Public Bath was amazing, originally sceptical but once I experienced it once, I went every night I could. Room was cleaned daily and to a very high standard, shower was phenomenal, some of the best water pressure I’ve ever had. Overall, a great experience and one I’d definitely return to.

Loved this hotel! The nicest hotel room we have ever had! Absolutely beautiful. Huge buffet to choose from at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. 5 minutes away from Kyoto station, spacious rooms, incredible design, and great food steps away from your room. If you're going to Kyoto, would definitely recommend this hotel.

New hotel with spacious rooms. Inside a mall with multiple dining options. Right next to Kyoto metro station. But kind of far from the hustle and bustle of popular areas of Kyoto, so you must take a train to and from any tourist attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the metro station is connected to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. Room was spacious, we had selected deluxe triple twin bedroom.

The hotel is stunning, with amazing facilities, we had an economy room but this was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst in Japan, and we didn’t want to leave! Great for JR pass holders as it is right next to the JR station which also links to a range of attractions

Lovely property, very clean, like new. Spa was very relaxing. Conveniently located next to train station, one stop away from Kyoto Station. A few dining/ restaurants in the lower levels and around the corner. 7-11 next door.

Really close to a train station to get to Kyoto station. The amenities are great, the staff was accommodating. Though sometimes theyd clean the entire room, other times it was only the beds and bathroom.

This hotel was such a surprise. So much better than our previous hotel in Tokyo. It really is to be recommended. Just one JR metro stop from Kyoto central station so JR Pass ticket holders travel to and from free. No hesitation to use again

We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and kind. The location is perfect, literally connected to the train station by a path that takes less than an 3 minute walk. Great spa and dining options. They had an awesome crafts fair right across the street. Awesome! Grateful!

This is a beautiful hotel. The roof top deck and hotel pajamas were the highlights of our stay. This hotel is in a quieter side of the city but easily accessible to the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The service was very nice. They helped to deliver my luggage to the next hotel. Pretty easy navigation from the JR station. The public bath and rooms were amazing after a long day of walking! Would 10/10 recommend
