Wonderful hotel. They serve breakfast, have all the amenities, do luggage forwarding. The room was very comfy, staff very helpful. Loved the 24-hour beverage bar. Coin-operated washer/dryers worked well. Stay here!

Stayed for four night, family of three. Location is great, hotel was clean, employees were helpful, rooms are compact, breakfast was great. My only suggestion is to have non-dairy milk options (soy) for breakfast and replace disposable drink cups with glass. Overall, would recommend the hotel!

The rooms are fantastic great size for Japan standards and clean and comfortable! The staff are very friendly on the front desk and this Hotel is in a great location to explore Kyoto close walking distance to public transport also. We ate in the restaurant for two mornings for breakfast the selection was great and the food was delicious worth the money!
