This was my second stay here, and I loved it. The dorm is well maintained, and there is a lot of room for luggage with a little desk area next to the bed. There is also a downstairs common area and tables outside to sit, which means there is plenty of space to relax. The location is very convenient, close to great restaurants and a short walk to transportation.

The neighborhood was clean and quiet, a Family Mart is steps away. We'll located for buses to all areas. I would definitely make this my first choice to stay again.

Great hostel! We had a private room so didn't feel like a hostel, other than the shared bathroom. Almost felt more like a pod hotel, with private rooms. Great showers and bathrooms, and cool kitchen and lounge area. The bunk beds were great with privacy curtains. Only "complaint" is there is no water dispenser to fill up your water for the day, or breakfast.

This is an extremely well-priced option for a stay in Kyoto, in an accessible but quiet part of the city that is still close enough to be convenient, but far away from the maddening crowds. Great hostel facilities, clean, spacious, comfortable, with all the necessities well looked after, and completely functional. The guests were all very respectable and there are no unnecessary frills. Would much rather stay here than any chain business hotel. One note is that I'm a sento/onsen addict, and although there aren't any on premises, there are a few nearby in the neighbourhood -- great way to get to know the vibe of the area!

今年も利用させていただきました。 　まず、受付スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしく、ここを選んでよかったことに気付かされます。 　部屋や洗面所、シャワー室なども清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。 　毎年６月に京都に行きますが、定宿決定です。

Gute Lage, grundsätzlich auch eine schöne Unterkunft, jedoch sind zum Beispiel keine Handtücher enthalten und das Bett musste selbst be- und abgezogen werden. Sanitäranlagen waren soweit i.O. für ein Dormitory.

以前の同じ施設を利用していたが、再オープン後はスタッフのクオリティとサービス，施設の活用範囲が下がっていた。 シャワールーム、クリーニングルーム，トイレ、共有スペース、いずれも設備のメンテナンスやどのように使うかの意識が低くなってしまったのが残念でした。
