Kyoto Hatsune hotel was an amazing stay. The manager, Kevin, was incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed, including an amazing view of the city. The location cannot be beat — quiet but still conveniently located to the metro and everything we wanted to do in the city. I highly reccomend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Wonderful stay and helpful owner

We had such a wonderful time in Kyoto and at Hatsune. Kevin (the owner) was very nice and helpful with any questions and recommendations for our stay. The room was lovely and had all the amenities that you need. We will definitely come back, we highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here. Perfect location near the canal and river as well as subway and bus connections. Loved how quiet it was here and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. Also the cedar bath felt so luxurious. We'd definitely stay here again in Kyoto!

Great stay !

Location was in a secure neighborhood away from noisy bars and restaurants. About 10-20 minute walk to most attractions and shopping centers. The home was clean and private with a nice view of Kyoto since I was in the top floor.

Kyoto is a very peaceful place and Hatsune Hotel embodies the same spirit. Quiet and clean, the hotel is right along a little river and my room had a great view looking east toward the mountains with a Buddhist temple in view. Kevin at the front desk is very kind, happy and helpful!

Brand new update room were cozy and relaxing. The train station area foods were high qualities typical Japanese romen. Love them. The owner was super nice and easy going. He even drive us to the Kyoto main station since we had heavy luggages. Strong recommended while the 2025 World Expo is coming soon

事前にチェックインについて確認があり、時間外の入り方を案内いただきました。結局当日早く到着しましたが心地よい対応で各種丁寧に説明いただきました。 部屋も広くバストイレ別で使いやすいです。テレビはありませんが、簡易キッチンとベッドも広くとても静かで快適でした。 また泊まりにきたいです。
