Stayed for 5 nights, the hotel location is between subway stations and bus stops, next to shopping areas and numerous restaurants nearby, very easy to navigate around many must-see historical and cultural spots. In a quiet any safe neighbourhood, modern and simple interior design, rooms are clean and comfortable, and friendly hotel staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend days in Kyoto.

Very close to Nishiki Market with many stores and food options. 5-10 minute walk to either local subway line, and 20-30 minute walk to Higashiyama ward (Sannensaka, Ninenzaka). Clean, quiet, and most importantly convenient location to easily make you way around Kyoto.

After staying at an APA hotel in Tokyo I came here and was blown away! Such a helpful friendly staff, beautiful little hotel, and the rooms were sooooo much bigger than my Tokyo rooms. Shower was divine. Big room, comfy beds, great service, amazing location. The only thing I wish was better was if they could ship our bags for us. The shipping service is next door but they told us two days sadly so totally on us.

The location of the hotel is amazing ! Its steps away from the market and you can get anything very easily. The hotel has a very contemporary vibe with everything digital, which is a bonus for me!

Our family of 4 adults stayed in two rooms at this property for 3 nights. It was quiet, well-appointed and very convenient to the sights of Kyoto. They had a nice assortment of amenities, pajamas, breakfast and there was a laundry facility on the 3rd floor. We were able to use our Suica card to pay, which was a bonus. There were lockers we could use when we checked in early, which was very nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, let down by poor facilities. There aren’t enough laundry machines, so you have wait hours to use them. They rent out extra pillow, irons etc. but hardly have enough. Simple things will make this hotel better.
