I love this property. It's very new and clean. The mattress is soft and comfortable. There is quite enough living space for 5 people. Although I have to check in at another place that have to walk 10 minutes, but it's OK. I recommend this property.

Worse hostel I have ever lived in !!!! The garage was filled with clutter and very dark, even with lights on, like an old warehouse. There are many things inside the garage, such as multiple refrigerators and washing machines. Moreover, my car can no longer move in reverse, and the garage door cannot be closed, raising security concerns. The washing machine was located in the garage, which resembled a chaotic storage area with no lighting, making it unwelcoming and inconvenient to use. As mentioned, there are multiple washing machines in the garage. I don't even know which one can be used, not to mention the garage is so dark that I won't bother to find the washing machine. One of the rooms lacked air conditioning that the website did not mention it, which is particularly problematic during the current summer season. The staircase leading to a corridor upstairs has no lights. (It has the light switch but seems the light is broken), and the uneven floor surface posed a significant safety risk. In fact, one of the elderly individuals accompanying me nearly tripped over due to this hazardous condition. Luckily, he didn't fall. House owner is not willing to refund.

此間應是新民宿，內外都好新，2人住全棟（2層），廳於地下（有簡單小廚房），2間房位於1/F（亦有廚房）。行15分鐘可到車站，附近亦有公眾停車場。唯需到京都站附近辦登記手續（可約車送去住宿地方，16:00 - 19:00, 每小時一班車）

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit guter Anbindung an ÖPNV

Wir hatten ein viel kleineres Haus erwartet, welches wir uns auch nich mit anderen Reisenden hätten teilen müssen. Stattdessen hatten wir das ganze Haus für uns alleine. Alles machte einen gepflegten fast neuwertigen Eindruck. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben zeitnah auf Anfragen per e-mail reagiert.
