"There was nothing I didn't like. Location was perfect - five minute walk to train station, two minute walk to supermarket, five minute cycle to river and museum. The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."

The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. "Beware of this place. I booked it because of the price and because it offered free parking. There was 6 parkings which had already been filled up and I had to go park like 5 minutes away and pay 500yen. Then I walked into the room and there was 2 small stains on the comforter, I moved it away to check out the mattress and to my dismay there was a whole pool of dried blood on the comforter as well as a handprint in blood! I went to the front desk and they just looked shocked and refused to give...
