The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. Thank you for going above and beyond in communicating with us. Your hospitality won’t be forgotten. Well recommended hidden gem in Nagoya. "

"There was nothing I didn't like. Location was perfect - five minute walk to train station, two minute walk to supermarket, five minute cycle to river and museum. The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."

"The check in was easy and the room size is good for Japanese hotel. It's a little older, but with modern equipment. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi, at 9pm at night, I was too lazy to try their limited mobile hotspots."
