"One of the best stays in the whole of Japan. The staff were so helpful, from the first step into the property they treat you like a 5* guest. Checkin was super simple, and they even do bookings on your behalf. Access to the station is next door, and the bus stops and trams are just outside. You get a free gift for your stay from a shop in Amu plaza just downstairs. Breakfast had a variety of Japanese and western. Everything felt like luxury. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for an unforgettable stay. "

"The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too."
