"It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess."

"まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。掃除の後に点検する人が必要かと思います。あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。"

"The hotel looks right out at the castle. Walking across the street is the park and an incredible art museum. Shopping is in walking distance. The staff were so helpful. There are places to sit and relax. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. "
