"The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and courteous. Stayed in the room with a Junior private pool and it was great for the summer. Can’t wait to come back and try the other room types. The food both breakfast and dinner were very good. The highlight of my stay was the massage in the 1st floor. The gentleman was highly skilled and gives a strong and precise massage.
Additionally the SEIKAI part of the resort is closer to all the food which I enjoyed while Gahama feels more private. Both were fantastic."
"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos.
La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."
"An international experience more than a Japanese one. But staff is nice and tries their best to offset frequent miscommunication with front desk office. For instance we reported several time we wanted a Japanese futon room, but the room was prepared as western."
"There are many hotels to choose from in the Kirishima area, but I selected Pulse Kirishima because it's only about a 5-minute drive from Kirishima Jingu, making it a great base for sightseeing.
I highly recommend booking a room in the Renovated Wing. We stayed in a Superior Room, and it was well worth it. The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep in mind that you'll likely hear noise from the pool until around 6:00 PM.
This hotel is especially popular with families, including grandparents traveling with young children. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, but if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, you may want to consider another property.
At check-in, guests can reserve private karaoke rooms and a private onsen for an additional fee, which is a nice option for families or couples.
The parking lot fills up quickly, so I recommend arriving early. The check-in process began around 2:30 PM, with room keys distributed at 3:00 PM. While the process was organized, I think a welcome drink service during the wait would have made the arrival experience even better.
There aren't many restaurants in the surrounding area, so I highly recommend booking the half-board plan, which includes both the dinner and breakfast buffets. It was the most convenient option and made our stay much more enjoyable."
Green Rich Hotel Kurume Natural Hot Spring Arimamutsumonnoyu
10/10 Excellent
"The Green Rich Hotel went above and beyond our expectations! They were attentive to our needs and volunteered umbrellas for us to borrow when they saw we didn't have any. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again the next time we are in the area."
"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great.
Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."
