Our room was spacious and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. The area was great for shopping and access the restaurants.

Great location, classy place with excellent Japanese spa. Restaurant also pretty good with affordable bar menu. Enjoyed an excellent steak in the main restaurant.

Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals ...
