I forhold til leiligheter vi har leid i Albir tidligere var denne noe nedslitt. Manglet taklys i 2 rom, defekt kaffetrakter og ingen hårføner slik det sto i oversikten. Mye støy fra aggregatet til varmepumpen om natten og nedslitte møbler som knirket noe forferdelig.
