With Saona Villas, discover this pleasant villa for 10 people with a large private swimming pool and enjoying an advantageous location just 800 meters from the sea.

Comfortable detached single storey villa for a maximum of 8 people. With 4 bedrooms, the villa is fully equipped with wifi internet connection and partial air conditioning. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant private swimming pool, its outdoor terrace with its built barbecue.

Location and distances: Neighborhood: Las Tres Calas. Sea about 900 meters (Sant Jordi beach, Cala Forn). Ametlla de Mar town center and its shops, approximately 3.5 km. First supermarket 800 meters. Tennis 3 km, golf 20 km.
Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.

Equipment: Wifi Internet. Air conditioning: 2 devices (living room + hallway) (with programming from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.).

Inside (approximately 130 m²): Living / dining room with TV (with French TDT). 1 equipped American kitchen (vitroceramic, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker). 3 double bedrooms (each with 1 double bed). 1 quadruple bedroom (2 x 2 bunk beds). 2 shower rooms. Separate WC. NB: one of the shower rooms is adjacent to one of the bedrooms.

Outside: Wooded land of approximately 600 m². Private swimming pool 7.5 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Partly covered outdoor terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue built. Outdoor parking for 2 cars.
