  • Located at the entrance to L'Aquila's historic centre, just past the beautiful Porta Bazzano, Clorophilla Guest House offers comfortable accommodation in the historic centre, but its true highlight is its setting within a small village nestled within the ancient city walls, surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
    It is located a short distance from the city’s main landmarks, such as the Basilica of Collemaggio, San Bernardino, and Piazza Duomo, all of which are just a few minutes’ walk away.
    The Collemaggio bus terminal, which also serves as a free car park, is just a short walk away.

    Just past Porta Bazzano, you enter one of the city’s oldest areas.
    Costa Masciarelli, one of the city’s most authentic streets with its colourful little houses, leads straight to Piazza Duomo.
    Continuing along Via Fortebraccio, where Clorophilla Guest House is located, San Bernardino will stand out in all its beauty.
    Alternatively, if you exit the gate, a short walk will take you to the Basilica of Santa Maria di Collemaggio, a national monument and the site of the annual Jubilee.
