"I cannot say enough good things about this place and it's staff!! Not only was everyone extremely polite and offered service with a smile, but they allowed us to check in SUPER early because a room was already available! We got off of our cruise at 7:15 in the morning and would have had to wait until regular check-in time anywhere else, but not here! Dantay even went so far as to invite us to have the continental breakfast that was being served to patrons who had slept there the previous night. A few days prior to THAT, on our first stay BEFORE the cruise, Sara and Ginny were both extremely kind and got us and our 3 teenagers settled quickly. The amenities are awesome, from the hot tub and pool to the free use of their grill outside!! Not to mention the sensibly stocked suites, that made it affordable to stay with our family of 5. Glass bowls of varying sizes with lids for leftovers, plates, cups, utensils, a cutting board, pots and pans... plus a DISHWASHER! Talk about a stress-free hotel! We will forever be staying here when we visit Florida from now on!"
