"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. "The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious."

"We stayed at the property for a week and although the weather was hit and miss there was plenty to do around and about. The property was exactly as described and extremely well appointed. The owners were very helpful and friendly too. Overall i cant fault it"

"Second visit to these apartments, staff are brilliant. Apartments are clean and tidy. Pool isn’t heated but it’s perfect for the hot weather, we were always able to get a lounger and had lots of fun days by the pool. Highly recommend using their service for bakery items delivered to reception. Lovely beach down the road and not too far of a walk into town. Lidls isn’t far away. We loved the table tennis table. I would recommend bringing an air fryer if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we found it a lot easier to use this. "

"A lovely hotel set right on the beach with beautiful views. We chose it for the Tati connection. Friendly staff and a comfortable room with terrace. Pretty little town which felt safe and welcoming. It was a shame there was no drinks fridge in the room, as it was so hot and the parasol was out of order. We had an excellent stay, visiting Pornichet market, La Baule, Gerande and Le Croisic. Lovely swims in the sea."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay."

"This place has seen better days but the location next to the Sainte Marguerite beach is great. The reception gives you some toilet paper and dishwasher detergent once you arrive but once you’ve used it, it’s on you to buy more. You also have to clean the place and take the used bedding off the bed and used towel downstairs before departing. There is no WiFi in the apartment. It’s available only at the reception and restaurant. Overall, coming from the US, our family stay was okay but lack amenities you usually find in hotels. We didn’t necessarily feel welcome. "
