Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the sea and the bay of Rosas, at the foot of Riells beach and in front of the Petit Príncep pedestrian promenade. The Lola apartment has everything you need for a family vacation by the sea.



Located on the second floor of a residence with elevator, the apartment will enchant you from the first moment. It is furnished and decorated with taste... and in a few seconds you will feel it as your own home. It welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room with incredible views of the sea. From this room we go out to the terrace that is equipped with outdoor furniture to eat, dine or have a drink enjoying unbeatable views. The kitchen is independent, fully equipped and very comfortable. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first suite type, also with sea views, has closets and the bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and has a closet. The second bathroom has a shower and is spacious.



The apartment has a parking space in the private and closed community parking. It also has free Wi-Fi connection, central air conditioning and Smart TV.
