Lovely property with lots of space. A couple of nearby supermarkets and a Burger King. Within walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Empuries not too far away and definately worth a visit.
However, a couple of negatives. To check in you have to collect the keys from a local office (who were very helpful). You either have to get your transfer to wait and then take you to the apartment or walk with your luggage.
A broken toilet seat, a very uncomfortable sofa, missing mugs and a fan which didn't work.
A few days into the holiday, the tiles fell off the wall by the back gate, grazing my dad's ankle. Luckily noone was seriously hurt. There were tiles missing from the swimming pool and some tiles missing from other areas, a few were cracked. There was a bbq but it hadn't been cleaned after previous guests so we didn't use it.
Overall, lovely stay but the apartment needs TLC.

La tranquilidad y la piscina
Mosquiteras y las camas pero por poner un "pero"
Edificio viejo, que reúne todo lo necesario para "parecer" atractivo. Y así es, hasta que te instalas... Absolutamente ningún producto de limpieza, ni en la cocina, ni jabones de mano en los lavabos, 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 8 personas y 3 días. Platos, vasos y cacharros de cocina sucios llenos de grasa. Una sola ducha para 8 persona, que encima no funciona, suerte que hacia buen tiempo y nos duchamos todos como pudimos en la ducha de la piscina. Sillas y hamacas de plástico totalmente resecas por el sol. Un compañero se desnucó por sentarse en una silla que literalmente se desintegró debajo suyo.
Lo mejor, las camas, lo peor ... todo lo demás. Nada recomendable.

Belle location
La maison et le jardin sont parfaitement conçus pour séjourner agréablement à deux familles, les espaces bien répartis (deux côtés assez indépendants) et fonctionnels.
Les plages à 10 min à pieds et les commerces juste à côté c'est très pratique, nous avons tout fait sans voiture.
La maison résonne pas mal et les nombreuses portes qui cloisonnement bien les espaces grincent, ce qui est parfois gênant, peut-être un peu de dégrippant suffirait à régler ce problème.
Une odeur désagréable d'égouts émane des regards près de la piscine en soirée et l'un d'eux est complètement bouché, l'eau de pluie y stagne en grosse flaque sans pouvoir s'evacuer.

Sehr privat, obwohl der Vermieter manchmal mit im Haus wohnt.
Wir haben erst etwas gezittert, da plötzlich im Text stand, dass der Vermieter mit im Haus wohnt und sich Grill, Pool und Waschmaschine mit uns teilt. Die meiste Zeit, waren die Vermieter nicht vor Ort und wenn, haben wir sie kaum bemerkt. Sie haben abgewartet, für was wir uns entschieden haben, waren nett zu unseren Kindern..... Die Fliegen haben gestört und Mücken aber dank Sprays etc konnten wir es gut aushalten.
