this modern and inviting apartment is in excellent condition. It offers 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Located in a central street of the city, a few meters from the beach, known as La Platja de les Barques. The one-way street that allows you to walk to the center, less than 2 minutes away, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, clothing stores, the library, with a variety of services.

The apartment is in very good condition, modern and comfortable. It has a living room-kitchen in the same space, with modern furniture and a minimalist style, TV with national channels. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and a variety of utensils needed for cooking.

Bedrooms:Bedroom 1: double bed 140cm (next to the bathroom).Bedroom 2: two 90cm drawer beds with a desk. The bathroom is modern and well equipped, with sink, wc and Italian shower.

The apartment has air conditioning.There is a parking space, located two streets parallel to the apartment, less than 5min.

Access to the apartment, on the first floor, is accessible by stairs or by elevator.It is certainly a beautiful apartment, well located and comfortable, ideal for those seeking comfort and a car-free vacation.Additional information:

Parking:Private parking space available, for 1 car, the parking access is outside, it does not communicate directly with the apartment.

Pets: Not allowed.

Air conditioning: Available, centralized. we request proper use.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowed in the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.
