"Everything was perfect, except the breakfast, but there is a Panera a couple minutes away, so we went there."

"Horrible horrible horrible experience! Stay here if you like your card over charged and they fight you to check out. They charged my card extra for two nights stay. Female desk employee was openly belligerent!!!! This place has sticks holding open broken exit doors. I was threatened in the parking lot in broad daylight! Don’t stay here! The tub leaked the whole time so you couldn’t sleep unless you turned the fan on max and closed the bathroom door. Mold everywhere. Smelled horribly of urine and feces! Oh, and the half mile walk down unending creepy halls to get to your room will make you feel like you are in the Shining! Not Best Western, The WORST Western EVER!!! I’d give it negative stars if possible! "

"State one night, Room was very clean, air conditioning worked fine too cold returned off and room remain comfortable throughout our night. Stay Hilton has gone through check-in by app. However, staff was very nice in checking us in hotel in a great area can walk to the mall different restaurants would stay again."
