"The room on the 27th floor was one of the best I’ve had. The hotel is in a great location and the amenities were superb. The location in the train station was amazing, with endless food choices, and anything you might need. And of course, the Japanese people we interacted with were amazing. This includes all of the hotel, staff, store personnel and just people we met on the street. Loved the experience…"
Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

"We struggled to find the entrance to the hotel as there are no instructions that the check in is in the 9th floor. Staff were helpful and for a fee allowed is to check in early. Rooms were clean and neat. To get into the hotel we needed to take 2 separate elevators as the hotel is in a different building to the street entrance. Hotel is attached to a large shopping and eating precinct which we enjoyed. Bathroom has a separate shower and bath, shower is separate to the bath, and clothing and towels need to be left outside or will get wet. Laundry had 8 washer/dryers for the whole hotel. Sometimes wait was hours before machines were ready. We also found dryers very slow. Often taking several hours to dry clothes. There is no coin/note exchange near the laundry and the cashless system didn’t accept any of our credit cards or suits which meant going to the front desk of coins were needed. Lifts were very very slow. The hotel looks lovely and clean but it wasn’t one of our favourites."

"We had a good stay after we changed the room after the first night. Our 16th floor room face the railway tracks and the window was not sound proof. We could hear the trains passing every few minutes, they don’t run from midnight to 5am. The staff was very helpful and we could get a room away from the tracks and that room was very quiet and nice. We had 3 beds and we were 3. The room was spacious and comfortable. We used the coin laundry without problem. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of Japanese and western dishes. We travelled with a child. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to Osaka station which is a maze with lots of access to food, transportation and shopping."

"A good access to Umeda and Nakazaki stations because the hotel was located in between those two stations. Was nice to have washers and dryers. Some hotel dryers don’t dry clothes but this one really did. I was very happy about that."
