お部屋の中、レイアウトから小物から全てが使いやすく快適に、と考えられていて素晴らしいです。 お風呂も最高！温泉宿のお風呂って、お湯が熱くてゆっくりと入れず苦手なのですが、ここの温度は快適。薄暗く1人でリラックス出来る壺湯や、頭を乗せる所が金属で冷え冷えな枕（名前が分からない）が最高でした。温浴施設並み満足感てした。また大阪に行く事があれば是非泊まります。

館内入り口から靴を脱ぐので、子供連れには衛生的には気が楽です。 夜鳴きそばのサービスはとてもいいと思いました。 足りないバスタオル、枕、毛布等の貸し出しに対応してくれたスタッフがとても対応がよかったです。 一階にローソンがあり、雨に濡れずに行けて、品揃えも欠品等なくよかったです。 大浴場はとてもよかったです。4歳6歳の子連れでしたが、入れるほどの熱さで、シャワー等も快適に使えます。 脱衣所の奥にあるランドリーの利用を考えていましたが、少し衛生的な抵抗を感じたので諦めました。 お風呂上がりのアイスのサービスも良いと思いました。朝はヤクルトがサービスです。 朝食はとても満足です。種類豊富、味もよかったです。 部屋はコンパクトで畳敷き、衛生的ですが、シャワールームの入り口などの汚れは多少仕方ないのかなと思いました。 玄関でキャリーケースのキャスター部分を消毒液につけてからあげるようになっています。スタッフが充実している時間は完全に消毒されますが、知らずに荷物を上げてしまう人もいるので惜しいなと思いました。
